Hot Water Safety Systems Course

Due to the updates to the Building Regulations this new course now replaces the old Unvented Hot Water Systems course and is a legal requirement for anyone wishing to install unvented hot water systems above 15ltrs capacity. 

This training and assessment package is suitable for people who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in the installation and maintenance of Unvented Hot Water Systems. It also covers the new requirements for hot water systems safety as outlined in the Building Regulations.
 
On successful completion of the course you will be able to apply to join a competent plumbing scheme in order to self-certify your work, thus eliminating the need to contact your local Building Control Officer to approve the installation.

We will provide you with a self study manual prior to assessment. 
On the day of the assessment we will deliver a half day presentation followed by a Theoretical and practical assessment.

Dependant upon the individuals prior knowledge the training and assessment will be covered over 1 to 1.5 days

For the qualified engineer we also provide a 1 day reassessment course consisting of a short presentation in the morning and a multi-choice re-assessment in the afternoon.
