Beginners Gas CourseOur 14 week course has been running for more than seven years, and has helped well over 1000 trainees start employment within the gas industry. This course is suited to candidates with little or no experience and will give you the necessary skills in order to take your basic gas assessments required to work within the industry. The training course is split into 15 core competencies and candidates receive both practical and theory assessment. All trainees will complete a portfolio during their studies - and have access to comprehensive range of reference materials. The Initial Assessment will cover CCN1 & MET1. This is the basic minimum to work within the gas industry and the minimum to work within the Meter exchange industry. However, once qualified we also offer training to enable you to extend your certificate to work on various gas appliances. - CC12 Flueing standards
- CC13 Flue Testing
- CC14 Installation of Open, Balanced and Fan Assisted Flue Assemblies
- CC15 Re-establish gas supply and re-light appliances.
