17th Edition (BS7671:2008) Our 17th edition courses are suited to practising electricians with relevant trade experience and other allied professionals eg surveyors, consultants and other trades needing to update and enhance their understanding of IEE Wiring Regulations to anyone wishing to demonstrate an understanding of the IEE 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).  We currently offer one of 2 courses, a 1 day “top-up” for 16th edition qualified entrants or a 3 day course for initial assessment candidates. Both courses include training prior to sitting the City and Guilds assessment. However, for candidates who wish to study at home we can provide an assessment only package.   The assessments are “open book” and are conducted on-line so results are provided immediately on completion of the exam.   Training is normally provided Mon - Fri but if this is problematic, weekend courses can be provided upon request. 17th Edition 1 Day “Top-up” (C&G 2382-20) This course is a “top-up” course for candidates who currently hold a 16th Edition Certificate (Dated June 2001 or later) Course Structure   09.00am – Review 17th Edition & Assisted Exam Practice 03.00pm – On-line Exam (1 Hour) 17th Edition “Initial” (C&G 2382-10) This course is designed for candidates who do not hold a 16th Edition Certificate (Dated 2001 or later) Course Structure DAY 1  – 17th Edition Structure & Outline DAY 2  – Assisted Exam Practice DAY 3  – Assisted Exam Practice & On-line Exam (2 Hour)   NOTE:- We can also provide an assessment only package for candidates who wish to study at home.
